Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

‘Hold me tight’

In a nutshell, the starting point of EFT is the fact that most people in a long-lasting relationship have a strong desire for emotional connection with each other. However, confusing and even damaging patterns can put the relationship under pressure. The result may be a feeling of being emotionally disconnected and alone. EFT can help to regain access to underlying emotions and modify the disturbing patterns in the relationship.

This form of couple therapy was developed by the widely known couple therapist Sue Johnson. I graduated as an Advanced Practitioner in 2013 and since then, I have been regularly applying EFT both effectively and with pleasure.

Fee per session: 115 euro (60 minutes)
